Hi Shawn Skinner here, since 2012, my focus has been simple: capturing honest, meaningful stories. What started as filming, directing, and editing solo documentaries about inspiring individuals in far-flung places has evolved into telling your story in the best way I know how—through the lens of a camera.

Backed by cinematic film set experience and a documentary heart, my style leans into natural light, organic & fun moments, with a subtle touch of editing. I don't craft forced scenes; I capture real life.

For me, whether it’s the spark of love at an engagement, a wedding day, or a welcomed new season of life, my goal is to create a timeless keepsake. A visual timestamp to share with your kids and family as a gentle reminder—on the days you need it most—of exactly how & why it all began.
